I love wicker/woven bags because they are so versatile. When you think of this style, you probably think of beach bags since the material is flexible and you can fit everything in there. Lately, there's been a surge in popularity with woven bags because there's newer styles that fit every type of occasion.

I think totes are a great work and travel bag. You can carry around all your personal and work items. There are designs that are timeless and that you can have for years to come.
DESIGNER
If you have a little extra $$$ saved and are looking for something good to spend it on, I would highly recommend investing in a designer bag (if you're a bag girl). While designer bags range from affordable(ish) to very pricey, it's important to do your research and see what you like and which style would make sense for you. I see purchasing designer bags as an investment because you will have it for a long time and some even grow in value after you buy it.

Mini bags are having a moment right now. If you're one who usually travels heavy, this is a great way to really pair down your essentials. It's also nice to have a light handbag if you're going out for drinks or have an occasion to attend. You don't have to worry about lugging around much and it's a nice way to compliment your outfit.
